In order to facilitate the festival, we are preparing various supporting activities. For the children under 6 years old, next to the hall where the programs will be, we will arrange a room for the children accompanied by one parent, with an audio transmission of the lecture going on. For those who desire, we could arrange also a baby sitter under payment.

There will be some areas for the children and teenage plays, like one spot exclusively for babies and one spot exclusively for teenagers where they can play soccer, basket ball and volley ball.

There will be a room attached to the garden with chairs and tables where anybody can purchase water, snacks, juices, biscuits, etc.

Another spot will be arranged for those who will presents books,
kurtas, saris, objects for arcana, CD, photos, posters, incense, etc.

We kindly invite those who are willing to bring their goods, to contact us in advance. Who will come without contacting us will not be allowed to sell the goods. In any case, we will not accept bogus books (authors who are offensive with our guru-varga or books strangers to the Gaudiya Vaisnava philosophy). There will be certainly many other places  different from the festival where to present such type of books.

We will favorably accept any suggestions or ideas. Please contact us to submit them.

Besides we invite all the teenagers to engage themselves in any service suitable for their abilities to help those who need,  in order to not be inactive and create useless problems. Those who will make damages or whose behaviour will create problems and discomforts, will be promptly expelled from the festival.
